Seed to Plate : A Taste of Field 28

Join us for an unconventional evening of discovery, as we take you behind the scenes of Growing @Field 28 to uncover the journey of our specialty produce from seed to plate.

Exploring the fields and polytunnels with growers, you’ll pause at some of our favourite sites on the farm to delve deeper into the world of growing - sampling produce from both vine and kitchen at each stop, and finishing the evening with a seated three course dinner with paired wine. 

Both an immersive tour and a tasting experience, this evening will be a departure from the more formal and seated style of our usual events. Much of this evening will be spent walking, standing and grazing as we explore the farm on foot, so this particular event is not recommended for anyone with mobility issues. Weather permitting, we will be dining outdoors amongst the fields so comfortable and sensible attire is recommended.

Please note that the menu will feature meat, fish and game in addition to produce, and we are unable to accommodate any dietary requirements aside from vegetarians.
