PRAWN - Grilled tiger prawn, watermelon gazpacho, compressed fruit salad, smoked salmon mousse, pickled watermelon rind.


ASPARAGUS - Asparagus croque-monsiuer, emmental cheese, chestnut mushrooms, white and green asparagus, dressed jersey royals, confit egg yolk. (V)
