WILD GARLIC - Wild garlic and potato soup, wild garlic pakorka, soft poached eggs, wild garlic & potato bread. (V)


SMOKED SALMON - Charred smoked salmon, watermelon gazpacho, compressed fruit salad, smoked salmon mousse, pickled watermelon rind.


ASPARAGUS - Asparagus croque-monsiuer, emmental cheese, morels, white green and purple asparagus, dressed jersey royals, confit egg yolk. (V)

CHICKEN - Packington free range roast chicken, breast and leg, smoked pancetta, braised morels, morel and black garlic chicken cream, wild garlic, spring onion, confit potato, purple sprouting broccoli.
